BOLD for Corps Cadets

In Course D, the corps cadets will be covering the themes of Social Justice, Spiritual Gifts,

Authentic Faith, and Holiness. While several of these themes are woven into all lessons throughout the five years of Corps Cadets, we will take a more direct approach in teaching on these concepts in this course. For example, social justice is almost a catch phrase these days. But what does it really mean? What is God’s heart for justice? And how do we fit into that? Many corps cadets have heard of spiritual gifts, but don’t know what their own are. They will take an inventory to learn more about their gifts, as well as how to use them in the context of the church and with their God-given personality. Discipleship is about teaching others how to be more like Jesus. So what does that look like? As we explore this, corps cadets will learn what authentic faith is as well as how to live a daily life of holiness.
